Hello Luvs,
Sadly, summer is on its way out. But, lets be honest, the fall season is what we've been waiting for. So many changes comes with the fall and a major one is going back to school.
And while, many of us don't look forward to sitting in class again, we all look forward to seeing our friends again.

For some of you, that includes dorming on campus!
I'm going to be real for a minute, what better way to say who you are than a room that represents you and your aesthetic.

Making Wall Prints/Art

So you want wall art but you are not the best artist in town, or in this country for that matter, and you know what- it's okay. There is a few "wall decor hacks" that can save you time, money and peace of mind.

Just pick a photo, take it to your nearest drugstore or printing station (ie. staples/), pick the sizes you want, print them out, and buy frames.

Don't want to be out of the house or just wanting to be a bit more creative: then grab some tape, paints of your choice and a empty (or not empty) canvas and let your imagination run wild.

Use masking tape to create a geoemetric, abstract painting.

Frame some fabric! Didn't know what to do with that leftover fabric sitting in your room after creating pieces of clothing. Well, don't get rid of it instead add it to your wall for some introspection.

Framed Fabric..so easy to make and there r so many neat fabrics to choose from to match your decor theme!

We all have that one scarf that we never wear but keep it because someone gave it to you. It may not look good on you but your wall ain't complaining!

Another Block Shop scarf hangs behind my desk along with a scrap macrame pieces of mine and some found material I plan on upcycling soon. The rug is from Kaya Kilims.

What are some DIY projects you are looking forward to creating?
Till next time,
Sincerely Fay
